Exchange & Return Policy
Please note, once an order has been placed it cannot be altered/cancelled. Refunds will be offered in the form of a credit voucher for a future purchase provided the below terms and conditions are met.
If you require an alternative size or colour for your product, please re-order via our website adding your original order number with the word 'exchange' in the notes section when you check out. We will be more than happy to offer an exchange for any unworn items returned to us in their original and undamaged packaging, with tags intact. Please notify us of your return request by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line, so that we are fully able to identify your return and process your exchange as soon as possible. Please note that we will ONLY be able to offer an exchange if these conditions are met and failure to comply will result in a delayed or unfulfilled exchange. The costs of returning any goods are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that a tracked service is used as we cannot exchange items lost in transit.
