Exchange & Return Policy
Please note, once an order has been placed it cannot be altered/cancelled. Refunds and/or exchanges will be offered in the form of a credit voucher for a future purchase provided the below terms and conditions are met.
If you require an alternative size or colour for your product, we will be more than happy to offer an exchange for any unworn items returned to us in their original and undamaged packaging, with tags intact.
Please notify us of your return request by contacting us via email at info@splashabout.co.za within 7 days of receipt of your package with your order number in the subject line, so that we are fully able to identify your return. Please note that we will ONLY be able to offer an exchange in the form of a credit voucher if these conditions are met and failure to comply will result in a delayed or unfulfilled exchange.
Once your package has been received and meets the returns criteria above, a discount voucher to the value of your purchase will be sent to you via return email. Kindly use this code at checkout.
The costs of returning any goods are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that a tracked service is used as we cannot exchange items lost in transit.
